The quickest way to reach DoIQualify is by email. We read everything and usually reply within two business days.
Privacy and data requests
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@doiqualify.co from the address you used in the quiz, with the subject line “Data request”. Tell us whether you want a copy, a correction or deletion. We will confirm it is you and complete the request within 30 days. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. It takes effect straight away.
Corrections, programs and press
- Spotted a wrong price or fact? Send us the page and a link to the program’s current published information. We check and correct verified errors, and update the “last verified” date.
- Represent a program we list, or would like to be considered? Email us. Listing is subject to our ranking method; scores and positions are never for sale.
- Press and partnerships: same address.
We can’t answer medical questions
DoIQualify is not a healthcare provider. We cannot tell you whether a medication is right for you, comment on your symptoms, or help with a program’s billing or prescription. Please contact the program directly, or speak to your clinician. In an emergency, call 911.
