DoIQualify (doiqualify.co) is a free, independent US website that helps adults check whether they may meet common criteria for a GLP-1 weight-loss program and compare what programs cost without insurance. It is not a medical provider: a licensed clinician makes every prescribing decision. We may earn a referral fee if you enroll.
DoIQualify at doiqualify.co is not connected to other businesses or websites that use the name “Do I Qualify”, including doiqualify.com, doiqualify.net and doiqualify.org.
Who runs it
DoIQualify is a comparison and information service. Reviews and guides are written by our editorial team using public information, and programs do not see or approve reviews before they are published.

How it makes money

How prices are checked
Prices, fees and terms come from each program’s own published pricing, FAQ and terms pages. Every review lists its sources, and every review and the compare table show the date we last verified them. If a program does not publish something, we write “Not published” and leave it at that.

What the quiz does and doesn’t do
The quiz asks 8 questions and shows whether you may meet common criteria that programs use, which program type fits, and what it typically costs without insurance. There is no account and no phone number, and nothing is sent to a provider until you choose to enroll.
It does not diagnose a condition, approve treatment, or guarantee a prescription. A quiz result is not an approval. The criteria it uses are set out, with FDA label sources, in Do I qualify for a GLP-1?
Is DoIQualify legit?
These are the facts you can check for yourself:
- It is a comparison and information site, not a medical provider, pharmacy or insurer.
- You can start the quiz, and use the compare table, reviews and calculators, without an account.
- It discloses that it may earn referral fees, on every page and in its Affiliate Disclosure.
- Its eligibility criteria cite the FDA prescribing information for each medication, the CDC and Medicare.gov.
- Its reviews report FDA warning letters and other negative findings, with the source and the date checked.
- Its content is general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a conversation with a licensed clinician.
