About DOiQualify

What does DOiQualify do?
DOiQualify helps you explore and compare GLP-1 telehealth weight-loss programs. A short quiz asks about your state, age, height and weight, health history, and preferences, then shows which program type may fit and what it typically costs. We also publish guides, program reviews, a compare table, and a BMI calculator.
Is DOiQualify a medical provider?
No. DOiQualify is an information and comparison site. We do not approve, prescribe, or provide medical advice. Every prescribing decision is made by a licensed clinician at the program you choose, based on their own review of your health.
How does DOiQualify make money?
We may earn a referral fee if you enroll in a program through a link on this site. Fees help keep the quiz and guides free. They do not change the result you see in the quiz.

Taking the quiz

Is the quiz free?
Yes. The quiz is free and takes about 60 seconds. There is no account, no phone number, and nothing is sent to a provider until you choose to continue to their site.
Does completing the quiz guarantee a prescription?
No. The quiz uses common screening criteria, such as BMI 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition, to indicate whether you may be in the range programs typically consider. Only a licensed clinician at the program can decide whether treatment is appropriate for you. No approval is guaranteed.
What happens after I finish?
You see your result on screen: which program type may fit, a one-line explanation, and typical cost without insurance. We also email the result to the address you entered. From there you can continue to a program's site to complete their intake, or compare programs first. If your answers flag something a clinician needs to review, we say so rather than suggesting a specific medication.

Comparing programs

How are programs matched or ranked?
The quiz routes you to a program type (injectable, oral, or clinician review) based on your BMI, health history, medication history, and preferences. On the compare page, programs are listed by our top match first, using published price, price transparency, clinician access, medication options, and public review record. Referral fees decide which programs can appear on the site, never a score or position.
Do you compare every provider?
No. We compare a set of US telehealth programs we have researched and can link to. Programs that are not listed may also be a good fit for you.
Where can I confirm current pricing?
Always on the program's own pricing or checkout page. Our figures come from each program's published pricing where available, with the verification date shown under the compare table. Some programs only show prices after their intake; we mark those as "Get quote". Prices are often promotional and change frequently.

Email and privacy

Do I need to provide my email?
Yes. The last step of the quiz asks for an email address so we can send your result and cost breakdown. Sending you the cost comparison guide is optional and unchecked by default.
How is my information used?
We collect your quiz answers and email address to deliver your result and any guides you request. Quiz answers are not linked to your name. We never sell your email or personal information. We use standard analytics to understand site usage. Full details are in our privacy policy.
How do I unsubscribe or request deletion?
