1. Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use apply to doiqualify.co and everything on it: the eligibility quiz, result pages, compare table, reviews, guides, calculators and emails (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to use the quiz.

2. What DoIQualify is, and is not

DoIQualify is an information and comparison service. We show whether your answers may meet the common criteria that GLP-1 weight-loss programs publish, and we compare the published prices, fee structures and features of a set of US telehealth programs.

We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy or insurer. Nothing on the Service is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to take or stop any medication. Using the Service does not create a clinician–patient relationship. A quiz result is not an approval or a prescription, and it does not guarantee that any program will accept you. Only a licensed clinician at the program you choose can decide whether treatment is appropriate for you.

3. Prices and program information

We take prices and program details from each program’s own published pages and show the date we last checked them. Programs change prices, promotions, medications, availability by state and terms often, and sometimes without notice. We do not guarantee that any figure is current, complete or available to you. The price and terms the program shows you at checkout are the ones that apply. Always confirm them with the program before you pay.

Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved finished products. Where a program offers compounded medication we say so, and whether any medication is suitable or available is a decision for the program’s clinician and pharmacy.

Scores and rankings are our editorial opinion, produced using the method described on our How we rank page.

4. Affiliate relationships

We may earn a referral fee when you enrol in a program through a link on the Service. Referral relationships decide which programs we are able to list. They do not change your quiz result and they do not buy a score or a position. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

The programs we link to are independent businesses. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their services, clinicians, pharmacies, products, prices, billing, cancellations, refunds or privacy practices. Your dealings with a program are between you and that program, under its terms.

5. Using the Service fairly

You agree not to:

• give answers or an email address that are not your own, or submit the quiz for someone else without their permission;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service, other than public search engines and the AI crawlers our robots.txt file permits;
• interfere with the Service, try to get around rate limits or security, or attempt to access another person’s result;
• copy our content or data to build a competing product, or use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may limit or block access to protect the Service or other users.

6. Our content

The Service, including its text, scores, comparisons, design, code and the DoIQualify name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Any other use needs our written permission.

Program names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the programs we discuss, and doing so does not imply their endorsement.

7. Emails

If you save your result we email you a link to it. If you leave the marketing box ticked we also send a short series of emails about your matched program. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our emails are informational and carry the same limits as the rest of the Service.

8. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any program will accept you, or that you will achieve any health or weight-loss outcome.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DoIQualify and the people who run it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a program, a clinician or a pharmacy, or from decisions you make about your health or spending. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed US $100.

Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or misused the Service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of DoIQualify is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts there have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not remove any consumer protection the law of your home state gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

12. Changes, and how to reach us

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
