The homepage promise and the terms describe different guarantees. HumeCare+’s homepage says “Lose 10% body weight or get your money back” within 6 months, and elsewhere lists a “90-day money-back guarantee” and “Cancel anytime, no fees”. Its terms describe one guarantee: 90 days, for people who achieve no measurable weight loss, limited to first-time GLP-1 users, void if you miss any logged dose or any of 13 weekly weigh-ins, and excluding the consultation fee. The terms also say that, apart from that guarantee and a refund when a physician finds you ineligible, “All other fees are non-refundable”.
