Strut Health Review 2026: Monthly Fee vs Real All-In Cost
Strut Health charges $129 a month for compounded semaglutide injections and $99 for oral semaglutide on auto-refill, with medication, physician consultations and shipping included, as of Sep 29, 2026. Compounded tirzepatide is $149 injected or $199 oral. The FDA sent Strut a warning letter on February 20, 2026 over claims about its compounded products.
An FDA warning letter over how it described its compounded products. On February 20, 2026 the FDA wrote to Strut Health, LLC dba Strut after reviewing its website in December 2025. It said product labels pictured on the site suggested Strut was the compounder when it is not, and that claims including “Generic Zepbound, Mounjaro” implied its compounded products had been FDA-approved or evaluated. We did not find that phrase on the weight-loss pages we read on Sep 29, 2026, which carry a not-FDA-approved notice. We have not established how the company responded to the FDA.

Strut Health’s refund policy is marked “Last Modified: September 21, 2021”. It says medication that has left the pharmacy cannot be returned or refunded, and that no refund is given for a cancellation received after the pharmacy has processed the order. Damaged or defective items are replaced if you report them within 2 weeks of delivery. Its FAQ asks for 48 hours’ notice to cancel before processing. Prices on its pages are auto-refill prices.
