MEDGm Review 2026: Monthly Fee vs Real All-In Cost
MEDGm’s GLP-1 injections start at $169 a month and its tablets at $239, with the clinical consultation and medication included, as of Sep 29, 2026. It does not publish a price for each medication or plan length. Brand-name products cost a $99 to $171 membership plus the medication. You pay before a provider reviews you.
You pay before review, and charges continue even if nothing ships. MEDGm’s site says an OpenLoop Health clinician “will meet with the person after payment to determine whether they qualify”. Its terms say your subscription and charges “will continue even if, in a given period, you do not complete a required refill form or do not receive a medication shipment”, and that billing or shipment “may occur up to ten (10) days before the Renewal Date”. The terms also say a provider may switch you to a different product, and that staying enrolled counts as consent to the change.
Most programs we track treat a prepaid bundle as non-refundable. MEDGm’s refund policy says that if you are charged for two or more months at a time, “you will be issued a refund for the months for which no medication was shipped to you”. Monthly plans are treated differently: the month in which you cancel, and any earlier month, is not refunded. A disqualification by its provider brings a full refund.

Its site says clinical decisions are made by OpenLoop Health, a network of US-licensed providers. It does not name its pharmacies. We found no FDA warning letter under its name on Sep 29, 2026. Trustpilot’s profile for medgm.org, claimed in April 2026, holds no reviews. Its site links to a LegitScript listing, which we could not open. Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved products.
