SkinnyRx Review 2026: Monthly Fee vs Real All-In Cost
SkinnyRx charges $99 for the first month of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide injections, medication included, and $149 to $199 for the first month of tablets, as of Sep 29, 2026. It does not publish the monthly price after that. The FDA sent SkinnyRx a warning letter on February 20, 2026 over claims about its compounded products.
An FDA warning letter, and an ongoing price you only see at checkout. On February 20, 2026 the FDA wrote to Lean Rx, Inc. dba SkinnyRx after reviewing its website in December 2025. It said product labels pictured on the site suggested SkinnyRx was the compounder when it is not, and that claims such as “It contains the same active ingredient as FDA-approved medications” implied its compounded products had been FDA-approved or evaluated. We have not established how the company responded. Separately, its pages advertise “$99 first month” and “cancel anytime” without the later price; its terms require five days’ notice and say discounts may be reversed if you leave a promotional or committed term early.

SkinnyRx’s terms say that if a refund is approved, it “will only be issued after all unopened medication in your possession has been returned to the dispensing pharmacy”, and that you pay the return shipping. The terms also list pharmacy, provider, payment-processing and shipping fees as non-refundable “under any circumstances” and deduct them from any refund. This sits beside an FAQ promise of a full refund if a provider decides you do not qualify.

When billing starts: Its FAQ says “Payment is processed only after you finish the pre-qualification medical intake”, with a full refund within 24–48 hours if the provider decides you do not qualify. Its terms say a renewal “may be charged up to five (5) days before the start of your next subscription period”.
