Trimi charges $175 a month for compounded semaglutide or $235 for compounded tirzepatide when billed monthly, medication included, as of Sep 29, 2026. Its $99 and $125 headline prices are the annual plans, billed upfront as $1,188 and $1,500. You pay before provider review, and Trustpilot has withheld its rating after removing fake reviews.
You pay first, and the order is final once the prescription is written. Trimi’s homepage says “You pay for your selected billing period at checkout, before provider review”. Its refund policy gives a full refund if you cancel before the prescription is issued or if a clinician declines to treat you. After that it says “the order cannot be canceled and is non-refundable”, even if the medication has not shipped. The $99 and $125 prices are annual plans billed upfront as $1,188 and $1,500 with a 12-month commitment, and its FAQ says turning off renewal “does not automatically cancel or refund a prepaid term”.

Its terms say care is delivered by clinicians of Arora Health and that prescriptions are dispensed by BelieveRx and GreenwichRx, which it describes as state-licensed 503A pharmacies. We found no FDA warning letter under those names on Sep 29, 2026. Trustpilot shows no score for Trimi: it says the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that it removed fake reviews.
