A “month” is 28 days, and the $212 price is a 48-week prepay. Enhance.MD’s FAQ says membership renews automatically every 28 days, so a year contains 13 billing cycles. On the 1-month plan that is 13 charges of $249, about $3,237 a year by our arithmetic. The advertised $212 applies only to the 12-month plan, which its product page says is “Billed every 48 weeks”.
