Its membership renews automatically, ending it takes 30 days’ written notice, and its six-month money-back guarantee can only be claimed between day 181 and day 210.
The money-back guarantee has a 30-day claim window. Fella’s site promises a “full six-month money-back guarantee”. Its refund policy says members may request it “in month 7, between 181 - 210 days after signup”, by email. Outside that window the membership terms say the fee is non-refundable once paid. On plans that use brand-name medication, its policy says the membership fee is refundable but medication paid to the pharmacy is not. Separately, the membership renews automatically for terms of the same length, and ending it requires thirty days’ prior written notice.

Fella’s home page says patients on tirzepatide “drop 22.5% of their bodyweight” and on semaglutide “16.9%”, on average. The page does not say where those averages come from, or whether they were measured for the compounded medication Fella supplies. Trial averages are not typical individual results. Its page also promises at least 5% weight loss or your money back, subject to the terms above.
