You pay on day one, before you know if you will be prescribed. The refund policy says payment is due the day you enroll, and that the Program Fee is non-refundable if medication is not prescribed after your initial consultation, unless checkout states otherwise. To cancel you must give notice at least 48 hours before your term ends, and there is no refund for cancelling mid-term. The policy also has you certify that you will not dispute charges.
