The membership is not the medication. The $89 to $169 a month buys clinician access, coaching and help with insurance paperwork. Any GLP-1 is billed on top, at a price JRNYS confirms only after your consultation. JRNYS says it does not accept or bill insurance directly, so the $25 a month on its site is a pharmacy copay target for people with commercial coverage, not a JRNYS price.
