Sunlight Review 2026: Real Cost & Is It Legit?
Sunlight is operated by GLP-1, LLC of Kirkland, Washington, is BBB accredited with 6 complaints closed in three years, and has a 4.3 Trustpilot score from 233 reviews as of Sep 19, 2026. What it costs is less clear: its homepage says compounded semaglutide starts at $88 and tirzepatide at $157, another page on its site says $179 and $259 a month, and U.S. News reports month-to-month pricing of $179 then $299, or $150 a month if you prepay 12 months.
Cancelling after a clinician has looked at your file costs $80. Sunlight refunds in full only if you cancel before a clinician reviews your intake. After that, cancellations are subject to an $80 clinical fee, and its cancellation page says this also applies after a clinician has reviewed your treatment history or a refill check-in form. Once a prescription, first or refill, has been sent to the pharmacy, refunds are not available. Cancelling is by phone or a portal request, and you must do it before your next order is processed.

On Sep 19, 2026 Sunlight’s homepage said semaglutide starts at $88 and tirzepatide at $157, under a banner reading “As low as $88”. Its weight-loss medications page said $179 and $259 per month. U.S. News, updated in August 2026, reports a month-to-month price of $179 for the first month and $299 thereafter. Sunlight’s homepage also says “Same price forever. No price increases ever.” These cannot all describe the same plan, so get your month-two price in writing.

Sunlight is operated by GLP-1, LLC d/b/a Sunlight.com, LLC, 11335 NE 122nd Way, Kirkland, Washington, according to its terms updated July 2026, and publishes a phone line, 1-877-378-7008. Its homepage names Lion MD doctors, while its telehealth consent names OpenLoop Healthcare Partners entities and Reliant MD Medical Associates PLLC. The homepage names six pharmacies: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx, The Pharmacy Hub and Foothills Pharmacy. Its terms are governed by Iowa law and we found no arbitration clause. Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved products.
