TMates Review 2026: Monthly Fee vs Real All-In Cost
TMates Inc. is a Miami-based telehealth company charging $249 a month for compounded semaglutide and $297 for tirzepatide, medication included, falling to $158 and $167 a month if you prepay 12 months ($1,900 and $1,999 up front). As of Sep 19, 2026 the BBB rates it B with 15 complaints closed in three years, and its Trustpilot profile has just two reviews, both one-star.
The low monthly price means paying up to $1,999 at once, with no refund once prescribed. The $158 and $167 figures are 12-month plans charged in full at purchase. TMates’ terms give a 100% refund before the medical review or if you do not qualify, but “No refund” once you qualify and the prescription is transmitted to a pharmacy. The terms contain no cancellation or auto-renewal wording, although the site says “Cancel anytime”, so get the cancellation process in writing before choosing a multi-month plan.
TMates’ terms say that if a customer “initiates a credit card chargeback”, TMates “reserves the right to seek other remedies, including collections agencies”, and may charge interest on the amount up to the legal maximum. We did not see collections and interest in the refund terms of the other seven programs we checked the same day.

If you are refunded depends on timing: 100% before the medical team reviews your history, 100% if you are reviewed and do not qualify, and nothing once you qualify and a prescription is sent to a pharmacy.

Is TMates legit? Company and clinical details
TMates is operated by TMates Inc. according to its terms, last updated August 12, 2025, which are governed by Florida law with binding AAA arbitration in Miami-Dade County. The site describes its prescribers as US-based, board-certified physicians but names none, and does not name its pharmacies. Its footer states that TMates “is not a 503A or 503B compounding facility” and that compounded medications “are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, quality or efficacy”. It links to the LegitScript checker; we could not confirm certification. Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved products.
