An FDA warning letter, and a 72-hour cancellation window. On February 20, 2026 the FDA wrote to MEDVi, LLC of Newark, Delaware. It said product labels pictured on the site suggested MEDVi was the compounder when it is not, and that claims such as “Same active ingredient as Wegovy® and Ozempic®” implied FDA approval or evaluation the products do not have. We have not established how MEDVi responded. Separately, to cancel you must give notice at least 72 hours before your next billing date, and on monthly plans the month you cancel in is not refunded.
